What you'll be doing
- Within the organization team, the Project Manager will be liable for building client satisfaction through formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application services responding to customers requirements as specified in the contract or Statement of Work (SOW). Project Manager will be expected for managing contractual cost, schedule, and service or product deliverables as they relate to the delivery organization. She/he will supervise resources and coordinate client resources to deliver services and solutions to support the client organization. It is the task of the Project Manager to support the Project Executive (PE) in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability; and owning quality of service provided by the delivery organization and responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance.
