What you'll be doing

In this position, the successful candidate will respond to client inquiries regarding HR issues and escalate complex inquires to the appropriate HR team member. She/he will maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. Coordinator, Human Resources will maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. This individual will maintain and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

1 year of HR coordinator experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
