Sales Associate

What you'll be doing: The incumbent will be accountable for providing primary backup customer contact for the team's sales consultants. Incumbent will have a strong working knowledge of the portfolios supported. Sales Associate will actively support the sales consultant with exception pricing processes, pricing renewal process, submitting new pricing requests and verify requests' accuracy, and research and resolve client billing issues. She/he will plan, prepare and co-present comprehensive client reviews. The position holder will participate in client calls as backup. This person will participate in select client relationship and the primary contact. Ensure client retention and customer satisfaction. In addition, the Sales Associate will perform a variety of tasks as this position requires on-time completion of assigned tasks while juggling a number of priorities as requested by staff and manager. The person will work under general supervision.
