What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will track receipt of invoices to include monitoring of payment due dates and tracking of invoice discrepancies. It is the function of the Accounting Clerk to re-examine supplier documents for compliance with payment terms. The Accounting Clerk will prepare checks for signature and disbursements, and file completed voucher packages. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for payments to suppliers based upon matching of orders, receipts and invoices. Further responsibilities include provide support with audits on procurements, maintain accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.

3 years of AP experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma

Works with Federal Government agencies and commercial companies. Also support America's ventures into space, to the flight lines and front lines of the U.S. military.
