What you'll be doing

The essential duty for the Field Service Manager is to determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications. It is the chargeability of the Field Service Manager ensure maximum customer satisfaction by producing technical support for all company products. The incumbent will provide feedback and data to appropriate departments to assist in the resolution of product issues. Also she/he will improve customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.

7+ years of mechanical experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
