What you'll be doing
- Initially this role will focus primarily on coordination of User Group Meetings. Events Coordinator will coordinate details of events such as conferences, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, charity events, surprise parties, trade shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events. This position is accountable for hiring staff to manage the event, including bouncers and security personnel. Additionally, the Events Coordinator will research, recommend & supervise project vendors as needed such as lead retrieval, badges, equipment rental. The qualified applicant will also supervise production of various collateral such as data sheets, banners, programs, white papers as assigned.
What your background should be
- 2-3 years of event planning experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
