What you'll be doing
- Accountable for leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed all sales objectives and service targets. The Branch Manager will provide coaching, training and development to all staff members, ensuring complete commitment to the Bank's Core Values and overall business objectives. It is the task of the Branch Manager to maintain a strong focus on external business development and community involvement to achieve maximum branch growth, profitability and superior name recognition for the Bank. Furthermore, the Branch Manager will direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
What your background should be
- 5 years of banking experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
