What you'll be doing

A Team Leader will ensure accurate completion of merchandising functions, special projects and other assigned functions within the time parameters set forth by the Assistant District Manager and/or District Manager. The selected candidate will sort and distribute merchandise to various locations throughout store. The Team Leader is expected for guiding a group of employees as they complete a project. She/he will be responsible for developing and implementing a timeline their team will use to reach its end goal. Furthermore, the incumbent will monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed.

What your background should be

2 years prior merchandising experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma
