What you'll be doing

Areas of job functions include Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, if applicable. Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. The Restaurant Manager will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. It is the task of the Restaurant Manager to determine training needed to accomplish goal and objectives, then implements plan. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will be chargeable for providing the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective.

What your background should be

4 years of experience in food and beverage

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/GED
