What you'll be doing

The Accounting Clerk is the position who will coordinate the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, providing overall support to the accounting department. It is the function of the qualified applicant to monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. The incumbent will support accounting operations by filing documents; reconciling statements; running software programs. She/he will execute all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations. The qualified applicant will analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices. The Accounting Clerk will also prepare and submit customer invoices.

What your background should be

1-3 years of experience in clerical accounting

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's degree
