- Make sure that the company selling, product and incentive knowledge strategies are successfully implemented.
- Oversee the merchandise freight / flow processes.
- Ensure effective execution of each operational task / activity.
- Manage controllable expenses.
- Be accountable for shrink results as well as safety awareness.
- Attract, hire and develop top talent.
- Ensure that every Associate completes on boarding and all required training programs.
- Maximize sales potential by means of timely performance management.
What your background should be
The chosen candidate for the Sales Manager position must:
- Have from 3 to 5 years of previous specialty retail experience.
- Have Bachelor
