- In the Customer Support Representative position, the individual will: - Open and manage work orders for the service repairs. - Answer phone calls, greet clients. - Set and maintain a profitable relationship with the company clients. - Perform cross-training with the Service Department. - Provide clients with help as well as supply them with technical part information.
