- The Human Resource Manager will lead and administer plant-wide employee relations activities in help of HR and Business Partner strategic plans. This position is an objective partner to workers leaders and key stakeholders within the plant to work collaboratively to trouble shoot counsel and provide effective employee relations solutions. The Human Resource Manager is answerable for ensuring the organization possesses the people, skills and capabilities to develop and execute the organization
What your background should be
- 3 years of human resources experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree in human resource
