What you'll be doing
- This position will provide day-to-day operations assistance for all network-related and system related up/down monitoring activities within the Data Center and remote customer locations. This position will require strong network technical skills along with customer interaction to coordinate network monitoring operations activities. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for working with account managers and customers when faults or outages occur to figure out root cause and if monitor/alerting improvements are warranted. Further, the incumbent will develop custom probes via Java, VB or Perl scripts to assist customer and internal monitoring needs and requirements.
