What you'll be doing
- A personal assistant will support a Manager with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking. The role of a Personal Assistant will be responsible for such as answering phone calls, taking notes, scheduling meetings, etc. This individual will organize and attend meetings and ensure the manager is well prepared for meetings; dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager. It is the responsibility of the Personal Assistant to devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing. In addition, to support managers, their team and departments, many Personal Assistant also have their own personal workload and responsibilities.
What your background should be
- 5 years of experience as an executive/personal assistant
Required Schooling / Training
- 4 year degree
