What you'll be doing

In this position, the person will be accountable for hiring, training, retaining and developing their respective team members. It is the responsibility of the Team Leader to lead the effective and profitable results for their team. The ideal candidate will supervise company policies, best practices and standard operating procedures to facilitate performance that meets client expectations. The Team Leader will provide the thought leadership and innovation necessary for continuous improvement while ensuring a positive work environment. Additionally, expected for delivery of customer satisfaction, business results and employee satisfaction in order to ensure achievement of scorecard and client objectives.

What your background should be

1-3 years of experience in call center operations

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma
