What you'll be doing
- In Managers absence, the Assistant Manager will coordinate functions and day-to-day operational issues through communication with Regional Manager. It is the duty of the ideal candidate to develop and promote additional business for the branch through community relations. The Assistant Manager will be expected for assessing approved loans for possible up-selling and denied loans for possible counteroffers. Additionally, the incumbent will execute additional customer service, sales, and administrative tasks as necessary based upon on market demand and branch staffing. She/he will provide service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans. The position holder will retain and maintain existing accounts as well as developing awareness of other sales/service activities.

- Associate's degree
