What you'll be doing
- In this role, the Call Center will resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems. The Call Center Representative will enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. The successful applicant will respond inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information. In addition, the incumbent will keep equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions. She/he will also sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features.
What your background should be
- 2 years of customer service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
Who is the client company
- Integrates private transportation, public transportation and transportation management to provide mobility management
