What you'll be doing

The Project Coordinator is chargeable for the administration and support of Project Managers. The successful applicant will help in ensuring all aspects of the assigned projects are completed accurately, timely, recorded and reported properly. The incumbent will assist Project Managers with the details of projects from conception to completion including the evaluation of the project scope to identify and determine functions, schedules, deadlines, delivery dates, team resources, and project close-out. Communicates deadlines, confirms project resource assignments, monitors, and summarizes progress of projects. It is the accountability of the position holder to complete file preparation, terminology management, communication with vendors, proof reading, maintenance of client style guides, quality assurance, etc.

2+ years of industry experience

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's or Bachelor's degree
