What you'll be doing

Serving customers is a key to success in this job. It is the accountability of the Automotive Service Manager to combine her/his in-depth automotive repair knowledge with your exceptional people skills. this individual will administer customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers. The Automotive Service Manager will also select, coach, lead, train and supervise vehicle technicians while assisting with the purchase of parts, materials and equipment. The incumbent will meet customer service financial goals by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

4 years of auto service technical experience

Required Schooling / Training

College degree

Who is the client company

Deals with engine repair, maintenance, inspections, oil changes, brakes, A/C, alignment & tires.
