What you'll be doing

This experienced leader will be responsible for supervising all aspects of community operations. The Property Manager will manage the readiness and attractiveness of all units, including establishing and assigning work schedules, routine maintenance and emergency coverage, as well as notifying residents of any work in progress. The successful applicant will handle financial transactions and record-keeping, including rent collections, delinquent accounts, vendor invoices, bank deposits and any additional transactions to ensure community operates within company guidelines. It is the duty of the Property Manager to administer program to fill vacant units while working closely with residents to ensure positive tenant and community relations to increase resident retention.

2+-5 years of relevant experience

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's degree
