What you'll be doing
- The purpose of this job is to provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. The person will provide first response problem documentation, diagnosis, and resolution. The incumbent will conduct individual and group training in desktop software applications. IT Help Desk Specialist will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware. She/he will elevate concerns as appropriate. The successful applicant will gather and input data to maintain an accurate log of problems and resolutions. It is the answerability of the IT Help Desk Specialist to respond to questions and request over the telephone and in person on information technology matters.
What your background should be
- 2-3 years of computer help desk support experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
