What you'll be doing
- The Human Resource Specialist will be expected for providing support to all employees in the areas of Pre and Post Employment activities as well as HR Compliance and Workers Compensation Coordination. The ideal candidate will coordinate workers compensation claims, liaise with insurance carrier and internal staff to ensure compliance, timely filing documentation and reports; coordinate with payroll and benefits regarding time off. The incumbent will supervise Department of Transportation pre-employment drug testing and random quarterly post-employment drug testing program. Also, she/he will assist and support various HR department projects/initiatives as needed.
What your background should be
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
Who is the client company
- Engages in the gathering, processing and transportation of natural gas; the gathering, transportation, fractionation, storage and marketing of natural gas liquids; and the gathering and transportation of crude oil.
