What you'll be doing
- The Service Manager will execute general and/or specialized maintenance and repairs, apply proficient skills in several maintenance trade disciplines, manage a team of maintenance technicians and assistants, administer a budget for most cost effective practices, and provide supervision, training and development for assigned associates. The position holder is responsible for working in conjunction with the Property Manager to make certain that weekly safety meetings are being conducted and signed off on by all on-site associates. The person will evaluate employee performance, and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and dismissals. Moreover, she/he will confer with staff in order to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
