What you'll be doing
- It is the chargeability of the person to manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the store in partnership with the store manager and the management team; perform e-Planner to standard; plan and assign work to optimize payroll budget (SPH); customize, communicate, delegate, execute and follow up on all tasks as the business demands. Assistant Manager will build a community relations network with the store manager to support drive institutional sales and book fairs, and work with the community relations manager to perform scheduled store events. The position holder will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in accordance with all operational guidelines, surfacing issues to the store manager when necessary.

Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
