As a reputed leader within the crafts and arts industry, our company is now on the lookout for a highly talented and self motivated Store Manager ready to success in this very position. We are in need of ambitious Store Manager, who will become a bright representative of the next generation within the short period of training. The candidate chosen for the Store Manager role will take responsibility for helping the co-Managers in routine operations within the department. In addition to seasonal area accountability, the Store Manager will alsobe involved in: - Customer relations. - Financial goals. - Inventory management. - Operations controls.

The most successful individuals chosen for the Store Manager position will be provided with an opportunity for advancement through the internal growth promotion program. The basic requirements of the potential Store Manager are the following: - Strong leadership and solid work ethic in the fast paced environment. - Prior experience within the retail store management. - District and regional travel will be required for taking part in mulriple projects of the store. - Ability to relocate is highly required. - Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
