What you'll be doing
- The Bartender / Casino Service will be required to mix and serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness to our bar in accordance with the established polices.
What your background should be
- The basic requirements for the Bartender / Casino Service position: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Mixology certificate is a must have. - From two years of previous experience in high volume bartending. - Sanitation certification and T.I.P.S. certification highly desired. - Basic Math skills + ability to balance cash drawer at the end of the shift. - Ability to move or / and lift up to 50 pounds. - Ability to read and comprehend all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures. - Ability to communicate with the guests and satisfy their needs and requirements.
