What you'll be doing

General Manager will be responsible for supervising and driving the business in two locations to ensure maximum profitability while maintaining full compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. This position in partnership with the Regional Managers will be accountable for overseeing the implementation of growth strategies, visual directives, training programs and ensuring consistency across all areas and in the regions in general. This individual will lead as example in implementation of all selling and service cultures in order to ensure customer service is at the highest levels at all times. The person will ensure productivity and store controllable expenses are on budget in conjunction with Regional Manager.

5 years of retail management experience

Required Schooling / Training

College degree
