What you'll be doing
- This role is expected for building lasting rewarding relationships with our customers. Critical to success is the prompt onboarding and resolution of customer issues, ensuring customers quickly realize maximum value from the company. The Account Manager will resolve any customer account issues originating from customer calls or internal groups. It is the responsibility of the Account Manager to track & monitor account status and identify areas of concern. Also this experienced person will involve assigned Account Executives as needed to achieve upsell opportunity. The Account Manager will be responsible for acting as a team player and contribute to the team's revenue success.
What your background should be
- 1-2 years of sales support/marketing experience
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree
