What you'll be doing

The Branch Manager will develop and implement ways of improving process quality, employee performance and branch productivity while meeting/surpassing the expectations of both clients and company. It is the task of the Branch Manager to ensure that the correct levels and type of engineering and technical resource is available to complete all associated functions in the agreed timescales for each project. The incumbent will ensure the timely and cost effective performance of those areas of responsibility while maintaining the overall profitability targets of the Operations department. In this position, the person will supervise the interaction with the Union and other subcontract organizations that are used for Service Delivery. Further, the Branch Manager will develop, motivate and mentor the resources assigned to the teams within area of responsibility.
