What you'll be doing

The primary responsibility of the Help Desk Coordinator to screen, refer and diagnose internal or external inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems. The qualified applicant may assist in executing minor troubleshooting in the determination of applicable problems relating to PC?s, applications software and basic network communications. This position is expected to execute the following job functions while working closely with system administrators and other technical support team members to resolve complex customer problems and issues for all corporate computers. Additionally, the Help Desk Coordinator will work with System administrators to identify and resolve more-complicated problems.
