What you'll be doing

It is the duty of the Executive Director to support the faculty directors with strategic planning and developing and maintaining relationships with outside partners. The successful candidate will support the faculty directors with strategic planning including areas of focus and programming. This individual will take the lead in financial management and in developing additional sources of funding for the Program. This role will involve developing and maintaining sound financial practices, maintaining all required financial records, and preparing a budget. Additionally, the Executive Director will help in the development and maintenance of relationships with outside partners to develop research and advocacy projects.

8 years of criminal justice related experience

Required Schooling / Training

J.D degree
