What you'll be doing
- The qualified applicant will execute clinical and management duties for the central inpatient pharmacy with emphasis and primary work area being the central inpatient IV Preparation area. The Pharmacy Technician will administer inpatient inventory to ensure adequate, but not excessive, quantities of medications and supplies in the inpatient, outpatient, and clinic areas. The person will prepare for and respond to shortages, backorders and contract changes proactively, including the management of chemotherapy cache supply. The incumbent will be expected for evaluating, analyzing workflow, and coordinating work activities in order to continually improve the efficiency and safety of inpatient dispensing practices, from procurement to administration.

- High school diploma
