What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will be responsible to supervise the daily activities of counter sales, warehousing, production, and route deliveries for a branch. The incumbent will supervise all branch personnel in accordance with company policies by hiring, training, motivating, planning and directing work, providing performance feedback, developing associates and resolving associate issues. The Branch Manager will be expected for evaluating and monitoring day-to-day activities of a branch to ensure cost effective operations and makes changes to ensure same when required. The person will participate in the preparation of market and competitor information and annual sales analysis and forecast. Further she/he will coordinate activities with other branches and/or immediate branch personnel to resolve any customer, sales or operational problems or inquiries.
What your background should be
- 5 years of related industry experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
