What you'll be doing

Responsible for overall payroll, accounts payable, sales and cash, and mailroom functions for the company's Trading Post, Petrified Forest. Accounting Clerk will exceed accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. The chosen candidate will update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Further, the incumbent will maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.

What your background should be

5 years of experience in hospitality

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in accounting
