What you'll be doing
- Human Resources Generalist administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; helps in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. She/he will promote positive interactions with both external and internal guests through sincere greeting and communications. The person will maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations concerning employment. In addition, the Human Resources Generalist will participate in developing department goals, objectives and policy. The candidate will maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow workers, and Vendors.
What your background should be
- 3-5 years of human resources experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
