What you'll be doing
- The Finance Manager is chargeable for Accounting Management, government grants reporting and management, the monthly general ledger close, and other related financial activities for Covenant House New York. It is the function of the Finance Manager to administer accounting systems including general ledger, fixed assets, A/P and payroll, including scheduling of tasks to assure timely closing and reconciliation at month-end and year-end. The successful candidate will maintain insurance and lease schedules, debit service, and other schedules as may be required by the Director of Finance & Treasurer of CHNY. The person will also assure complete, accurate, and timely filing of all financial reporting as required by government, regulatory agencies, funders and others as required.

- 5 years of accounting experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
