What you'll be doing
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will have the duty for full cycle, high -volume accounts payable. Maintain vendor relationships; collaboratively and effectively interacting with vendors. The chosen candidate will be chargeable for reviewing coding; inputting and processing invoices accurately and timely in accordance with established policies and procedures. It is the accountability of the Accounts Payable Specialist to reconcile purchase orders and accounts payable ledger. Additionally, this individual will review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. The person will maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
What your background should be
- 2+ years of related accounts payable experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree in accounting or finance
