What you'll be doing

The Operations Manager will take responsibility for keeping under control the implementation and sustained operation of top notch technical cleaning and sanitization programs. The candidate hired for the Operations Manager position will also support technical cleaning and sanitization strategies, achieve positive financial results and deliver training programs. The successful individual will have the direct impact on the development and success of our company. The Operations Manager position responsibilities and duties: - Develop quality metrics as well as perform sanitization and cleaning audits. - Build up an organized team through following good training, hiring and mentoring practices. - Identify procedures and areas in need of immediate improvement. - Determine the proper allocation of resources in order to mitigate investment risks in the most effective manner. - Keep the workplace safe in accordance with the company standards and policies. - Evaluate project proposals as well as set appropriate budgets and time frames. - Develop periodic reports in order to evaluate performance within the areas of process improvements, cost avoidances and cost savings. - Provide help with the new GMP projects development. - Travel to the assigned locations as required.

What your background should be

The Operations Manager position requires: - Efficient knowledge of ISO Standards, GxP Documentation, FDA regulations. - Previous experience conducting critical space as well as cGMP related area work. - Exceptional communication skills are a must have. - General finance, business and operations skills needed to cope with the management duties. - Ability to comply with all the position demands for applicable safety polices. - Proficiency in MS Office and ability to populate web based data systems.
