- The Communication Operator will be required to: - Use Public Address System. - Operate IntelliDesk software. - Use hospital network systems. - Cope with the other duties as required.
What your background should be
- The most common requirements for the Communication Operator role: - Proficient knowledge of MS applications. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - From six months of previous experience with IntelliDesk software. - Prior experience in medical / hospital environment is a must. - Exceptional communication abilities. - Ability to identify troubles as well as prioritize situations in the most professional manner.
