What you'll be doing
- In this position, the Call Center Representative has fully responsibility of providing exemplary service to customers that call into the USCG NMC Contact Center support line, through clear communication and consistent follow up with issues or concerns. Call Center Representative will be liable for providing guidance to lower level Call Center Specialists and resolving highly complex issues. The qualified applicant will completely and consistently document, administer and resolve all inquiries from customers by properly completing necessary paperwork in a timely manner. This individual will respond answer to the caller's questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner, using a script. Also she/he will consistently and accurately resolve all customer inquiries utilizing USCG systems, ensuring a prompt resolution that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
What your background should be
- 2 years of call center experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
