What you'll be doing
- The ideal candidate will be involved in managing a high quality on-site staff through implementation of effective recruitment, training, motivation and development programs. The Property Manager will oversee efforts to ensure all purchasing guidelines are followed including timely entry of purchase orders and approval of invoices. The position holder has fully accountability to ensure administrative associates achieve the highest standards regarding shopping report scores. The incumbent will monitor an effective preventative maintenance program to monitor service request turnaround and ensure the responsiveness of the maintenance staff. What your background should be
- 3 years of property management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school education/GED
