What you'll be doing

In this position as an Office Manager, the person will supervise the Customer Service function of a Champion store. The Office Manager will be involved in providing supervision, assistance, and training to the office staff on how to deliver the best customer service possible. It is the duty of the position holder to assist Home Office Human Resources team by orienting new employees, administrating Company policies, recording status changes. This individual will monitor performance of Customer Advocates and address performance issues as required. Further, she/he will interact with customers via phone and email, using the Champion script. Also, the Service Manager will provide accounting support to Home Office Accounting department.

What your background should be

3-5 years of relevant customer service experience

Required Schooling / Training

Associate's degree
