What you'll be doing
- As a Help Desk Analyst, this individual will provide effective diagnostic evaluation of end-user Customer needs and in all cases uses good judgment and timeliness in responding to and resolving each issue or complaint to the customers
What your background should be
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk environment
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's degree
Who is the client company
- Manages IT services including cloud computing, data centers, virtualization, security, applications and support services, in addition to nationwide data and voice IP services.
