What you'll be doing
- Areas of accountability involve Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, if applicable. The Restaurant Manager will supervise daily restaurant operations and assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards and assist servers and host on the floor during peak meal periods. This successful individual will strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. It is the function of the Restaurant Manager to verify training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. In addition, the ideal candidate will develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. Furthermore, she/he will provide the leadership, vision and direction to bring together and prioritize the departmental goals in a way that will be efficient and effective.
What your background should be
- 4 years of experience in food and beverage
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
