What you'll be doing

In this position, the person will be accountable for ensuring that our users within company and visiting associates have world-class technical support to do their jobs perfectly. The incumbent will work to build close relationships with Gallup associates and educate them in a Windows 7/Server 2008 environment. The IT Help Desk will be responsible for developing and ensuring associate productivity through proper use of technology. Further, it is the task of the IT Help Desk to assist all office technology and equipment, including troubleshooting workstations and workstation software. Also the person will maintain network equipment, including file servers, routers, and switches. She/he will monitor all critical business systems and applications for up-time and availability.
