What you'll be doing

The Service Manager is responsible to the GM for: managing the daily operation of the service organization; ensure all service staff provide the highest quality of service to internal and external customers; achievement of the four KPMs; determining opportunities for G&K to further penetrate the marketplace. It is the task of the Service Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key accountants; develop and maintain strong relationships with other department heads. Also, she/he will conduct periodic coaching/training rides with subordinates; create a supporting working environment where the business and employees can flourish. The Service Manager will be expected for identifying and analyzing business/service opportunities as they relate to profit, growth, quits, account penetration and direct purchase.

What your background should be

4-5 years of management experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in business/marketing
