What you'll be doing
- As a Marketing Call Center Representative, the person will attend incoming calls from prospective and current Club members, selling new memberships, upgrades, Associate memberships and/or additional products and services as part of the Club's telemarketing function. Accountable for closing the sale by obtaining accurate member and credit card information, using computerized system for information gathering; meets departmental goals; tracks daily activity. The successful applicant will process incoming phone requests from members for name and address changes, credit card payments and upgrades to memberships; ensure timely and effective processing of all change requests. It is the duty of the Marketing Call Center Representative to place outgoing calls to prospective members to explain services and products offered, using salesmanship and Five Diamond Customer Service approach to close the sale; receives list of lapsed memberships and contacts former members, focusing on securing renewals; tracks daily activity.
What your background should be
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
