What you'll be doing

The General Manager supervises all operating features of the center(s) involving property operations, special events, marketing, short-term and specialty income events. The General Manager is expected for achieving revenue and expense goals involved in the annual Business Plans and Budgets. The position holder will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection of rents and working directly with tenants in arrears to collect outstanding balances owed. Further, the person will ensure that all members of the Property Management Team are trained and routinely reconsider and at all times maintain standards defined in the SOP. Also she/he will produce ongoing or special financial records to each property

What your background should be

5 years progressive experience managing retail properties.

Required Schooling / Training

BA/BS degree in business administration
