What you'll be doing
- The primary responsibility of the Store Team Leader is to achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and ensure customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved. The Store Team Leader will be expected for supervising all store processes to company standards including freight flow, merchandise presentation and reconciliation of all sales, cash and inventory transactions. The incumbent will handle all operational and financial resources to achieve established goals and objectives. Furthermore, she/he will utilize company tools, reports and feedback to effectively analyze trends and determine opportunities. Expected for the interviewing, selection, hiring, training and performance evaluations of all associates. Also, the Store Team Leader will approve and manage appropriate disciplinary action to associates, including making recommendations for termination, in accordance with company guidelines.
What your background should be
- 5 years of retail management experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
